Terms of Use
1. Who We Are
The App is provided by LOVE ORANGE TECHNOLOGY CO.,LTD (“we”, “us”, or “Developer”). Contact: zhimaruanjian@163.com.
2. The Service
Currency Converter is a utility App that helps you convert currencies, estimate shopping prices (for example discounts, tax, tip, or refund percentages), compare times across cities, and view size guidance. Features may change over time as we improve the App.
Some features may be available for free with limits; additional features may require a paid Pro subscription or a one-time (lifetime) in-app purchase.
3. Not Financial Advice; No Trading
The App provides informational tools only. Exchange rates, converted amounts, and shopping estimates may be delayed, approximate, or incorrect. The App does not:
- Execute foreign-exchange trades or money transfers;
- Provide banking, brokerage, investment, tax, or legal advice;
- Guarantee that any displayed rate matches a bank, card network, or merchant rate.
You are solely responsible for decisions you make based on information shown in the App. Always confirm important amounts with your financial institution or a licensed provider.
4. Eligibility and Acceptable Use
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer, interfere with, or disrupt the App or related services, except as permitted by law;
- Attempt to bypass free-tier limits, purchase validation, or security controls;
- Misuse rate data endpoints (for example automated scraping beyond normal App use);
- Use the App in any way that violates applicable laws or Apple’s App Store terms.
5. Accounts and Apple ID
The App does not require a separate Developer account for core use. Purchases are processed through your Apple ID via the App Store. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Apple ID and device.
6. Free Features and Limits
Free use may include a limited number of selected currencies and limited access to certain advanced tools (for example shopping calculator controls or multiple time-zone destinations), as described in the App. Limits may be updated; material changes will be reflected in the App and/or App Store product information.
If you previously stored more currencies than the current free limit (for example after upgrading from an earlier version), we will not remove those currencies solely because of the new limit. Adding further currencies beyond the free threshold may require Pro.
7. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions
Pro access may be offered as:
- Auto-renewable subscriptions (for example weekly or monthly); and/or
- A non-consumable lifetime purchase.
Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings after purchase.
Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, may be forfeited when you purchase a subscription, where allowed by Apple’s rules. Prices are shown in the App Store / purchase sheet and may vary by region.
Purchases, billing, renewals, and refunds are processed by Apple and are also subject to the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions. Refunds are handled by Apple according to Apple’s refund policies. We cannot directly process App Store refunds.
You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings, or at https://apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions.
8. License
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on Apple devices that you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Terms of Use / Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Apple EULA), which also applies.

9. Intellectual Property
The App, including its design, text, graphics, and software, is owned by the Developer or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or brand assets except as needed to use the App.
10. Third-Party Services and Data Sources
The App may retrieve exchange-rate data from online sources and may rely on Apple services (StoreKit, App Store). We do not control third-party networks or Apple services and are not responsible for outages, delays, or errors originating from them.
11. Privacy
Our collection and use of information is described in our Privacy Policy. By using the App, you also acknowledge that Policy.
12. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT RATES OR CALCULATIONS WILL BE ACCURATE, COMPLETE, OR UNINTERRUPTED.
13. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE DEVELOPER AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP OR RELIANCE ON ANY RATES OR CALCULATIONS.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF THESE TERMS OR THE APP SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR PRO ACCESS IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM (OR, IF GREATER, THE MINIMUM AMOUNT REQUIRED BY APPLICABLE LAW).
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, the above limitations apply to the fullest extent permitted.
14. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Developer from claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your misuse of the App or violation of these Terms, to the extent permitted by law.
15. Termination
You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it. We may suspend or stop providing the App or any feature if you violate these Terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue the service. Provisions that by nature should survive (including disclaimers, limitations of liability, and intellectual property) will survive termination.
16. Changes to the App and Terms
We may update the App and these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted with a new “Last updated” date. If you continue using the App after changes take effect, you accept the revised Terms, except where applicable law requires additional notice or consent.
17. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the Developer’s principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer protection laws of your country provide you with additional rights that cannot be waived.
