Are the rates exact bank or card rates?
No. Rates and shopping estimates are for reference only. They may differ from your bank, card network, or merchant. The app does not execute FX trades or money transfers, and it is not financial, tax, or legal advice.
Does conversion work offline?
Yes. After rates have been downloaded, you can keep converting on a flight or a weak network using cached data. Connect later to refresh.
What does Pro unlock?
Pro can unlock more currencies, the advanced shopping / tax-refund calculator, multi-city world clock comparison, and the advanced keyboard. The size guide stays available without Pro. Optional weekly or monthly subscriptions and a one-time purchase are sold through the App Store.
How do I manage or cancel a subscription?
Open your Apple ID settings, or visit apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions. Refunds are handled by Apple.
How do I report a bug?
Email orangepie2019@gmail.com with your iOS version, device, and what happened. Screenshots help. We read support mail and will get back as soon as we can.
