A quiet board

Gaply is a Klotski-style puzzle, known in Chinese as 华容道. The pieces stay on your device. Nothing is counted down, and nothing asks you to sign in.

  • One piece at a time

    Slide a block into an empty space. The goal is the marked block, and the exit is on the board.

  • A collection, then more

    The first 20 puzzles are free, from beginner through hard. Premium opens the rest of the set, including expert puzzles.

  • One puzzle each day

    Today's daily puzzle is free. Earlier days can be replayed with Premium. The puzzles are already in the app.

  • A hint, then undo

    Each puzzle includes one free hint. Undo is always available, and you can replay the path you just used. Premium removes the hint limit and can show the shortest solution.

  • Stars, not a timer

    Finishing closer to the shortest path earns more stars. Challenges are optional and do not change the solution.

  • Light, dark, and two more

    System, light, and dark stay free. Midnight and Paper come with the one-time Premium purchase. There is no subscription.

How to play

Clear a path, then walk the target block to the exit. Fewer moves means a closer match to the shortest solution.

  1. Slide into an empty space

    Only one piece moves at a time, and only into open space. Pieces cannot jump or overlap.

  2. Free the target block

    The other blocks are in the way. Move them aside until the target block can reach the exit.

  3. Stop at the exit

    The puzzle ends when the target block is on the exit. Stars reflect how close your move count is to the shortest path.

What is the daily puzzle?

Each calendar day has one puzzle. Today's is free. Replaying an earlier day is part of Premium. Nothing is downloaded for that day; the puzzles are already on the device.

What does Premium include?

It is a one-time purchase, not a subscription. It unlocks the remaining puzzles, unlimited hints, the shortest solution, past daily puzzles, longer challenge records, and the Midnight and Paper themes. Restore Purchases is on the same screen.

Does Gaply need an account?

No. Progress stays on the device. There are no ads and no tracking. Apple handles the purchase.

How do I report a bug?
