This Privacy Policy explains how LOVE ORANGE TECHNOLOGY CO.,LTD (“we”, “us”, or “our”) handles information when you use the iOS app Noise Meter (“the App”).
This document applies only to the iOS App. It does not cover our HarmonyOS version, which is described in a separate policy.
Please read this Policy together with the Terms of Use. By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to this Policy. If you do not agree, please uninstall the App and stop using it.
The App is a sound-level utility. Features include (as shown on your device):
Readings are everyday estimates from the iPhone microphone. They are not a substitute for a certified sound level meter, a legal inspection, or medical advice.
We collect only what is needed to run the App. We do not ask for your real name, government ID, phone number, contacts, or biometric identifiers.
The following stays on your iPhone or iPad unless you export, share, or back it up yourself:
If iCloud Backup or an encrypted computer backup is enabled in iOS, this on-device data may be included in those backups under Apple’s rules. We do not receive a copy of those backups.
Permissions are requested at the moment of use. You can change them later in iOS Settings. Turning a permission off disables only the features that need it.

The App does not request tracking permission (App Tracking Transparency) and does not access IDFA.
We do not sell your information. Some system services process data as independent controllers when you use them:

Payment details stay with Apple. We only learn whether a transaction entitles this Apple ID to Pro features on devices where you restore or purchase.
Noise Meter Pro is sold as an auto-renewable monthly subscription, an auto-renewable yearly subscription, and a one-time lifetime purchase. Prices are shown in the App and may vary by country or region.
Apple processes the payment. We do not store full payment instruments. Entitlement status is checked with StoreKit on your device.
We do not sell personal information. We share information only:
On-device records remain until you delete them, clear App storage, or uninstall the App. Uninstalling usually deletes local App data and cannot be undone by us.
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure. Please keep your device locked and updated.
If you are in a region with additional privacy rights (for example access, correction, deletion, or restriction), email us using the contacts below. We will respond after we can reasonably verify the request, usually within 15 business days, or sooner if the law requires it.
The App is a general-audience utility. It is not directed at children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have, contact us and we will delete it.
A parent or guardian should help a minor understand this Policy before use.
We are established in the People’s Republic of China. If you use the App from another country, on-device processing happens on your device. Emails you send us are received in China. Apple may process purchase and maps data in the locations described in Apple’s policies.
We may update this Policy when the product, law, or our practices change. The “Last updated” date will change. Material changes will be posted at this URL. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Policy. If you do not agree, stop using the App.
