Terms of Service

LOVE ORANGE TECHNOLOGY CO.,LTD (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the iOS app Calculator Pro (计算器专业版) (the “App”). This Privacy Policy explains what information is involved when you use the App, and how it is used.

By using the App, you acknowledge this Policy. If you do not agree, please stop using the App. Our Terms of Service describe the product and the optional Lifetime unlock.

1. Scope

This Policy covers the iOS App Calculator Pro and its History widgets. It does not cover third-party websites or apps you open from links outside our control.

2. Information we handle

2.1 Stored on your device

Calculations run on your device. The following is stored locally by default and is not uploaded to our servers:

This data stays on your device unless you share something yourself, or you use Apple services you control (such as a device backup).

2.2 Purchases (Apple)

If you buy the one-time Lifetime unlock, or restore a purchase (including through Family Sharing), Apple processes the payment and purchase record. We do not receive your Apple ID password or full payment-card details. The App only learns whether the unlock is valid so it can turn on the related features.

Refunds and billing questions are handled by Apple under Apple’s terms.

2.3 Usage analytics

To improve the App, we use a third-party analytics service provided by Google. It may collect de-identified or pseudonymous usage information, such as:

• Which screens or features are opened;
• Basic button actions (for example opening history, sharing, or sending feedback);
• When you share, only the type of content and the channel you chose — not the shared text itself;
• Technical details such as app version, device type, system version, and language or region.

We do not collect the advertising identifier, do not show ads, and do not use this data to track you across other companies’ apps for advertising. The App does not ask for App Tracking permission.

Google may process this data on its systems, including outside your country, under Google’s Privacy Policy.

2.4 Currency rates

If you use currency conversion, the App may request public rate data from our servers. The request uses ordinary network information (such as IP address) handled by the host and your carrier. If the request fails, the App can use rates included with the App. We do not use this request to build an advertising profile.

Rates are for reference only and may be delayed. Confirm amounts with official sources before any transaction.

2.5 Feedback and sharing

If you email us from Feedback (or a rating flow that opens mail), we receive what you write and any device details your mail app attaches, and we use that only to reply.

The App writes to the clipboard only if you copy a result, or if sending mail fails and we copy our support address for you. If you use system sharing, only the content you choose is sent to the app you pick.

2.6 What we do not collect

• No account registration, and no legal name, phone number, or government ID;
• No camera, microphone, contacts, photos, or Health data;
• No precise GPS location;
• No advertising or ad-tracking SDKs;
• We do not sell your personal information.

3. How we use information

• Provide calculation, conversion, tools, history, widgets, themes, and export;
• Remember settings and whether the Lifetime unlock is active;
• Refresh currency rates when you use that tool;
• Understand feature usage so we can improve the App;
• Respond to support requests;
• Comply with applicable law.

4. Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share information only:

• With your action (for example when you share or email us);
• With Apple, for the App Store, purchases, restore, and Family Sharing;
• With Google, for the analytics described above;
• With our rate-data host, when you refresh currency rates;
• When required by law, or to protect rights and safety.

5. Storage, security, and retention

History, settings, and unlock status stay on your device (the History widget reads history stored for this App on the same device). Network features use encrypted connections.

On-device data remains until you change it, clear history, or uninstall the App. Uninstall removes local App data unless you have a backup you control. Analytics is kept by the analytics provider under its policies, for product improvement. After uninstall, the device generally stops sending new events. Feedback emails are kept as long as needed to handle your request or as required by law.

No system is perfectly secure. Please do not type passwords or bank secrets into the calculator.

6. Your choices

• Settings and history can be changed or cleared in the App;
• Uninstalling removes local App data on that device;
• Currency updates need a network; you can still use the App offline with included rates;
• Purchases can be restored in the App; billing and Family Sharing are managed in your Apple ID settings;
• Analytics can be limited by restricting the App’s network access in system settings. To ask about access or deletion of analytics data, email us — some aggregated data may not be tied to an identifiable person;

We will respond within a reasonable time, as required by the law that applies to you.

7. Children

The App is for a general audience. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you think we have, please contact us and we will delete it.

8. International processing

Apple, Google, and our rate hosting may process information on servers outside your country. Where those services are used, their terms and privacy policies also apply.

9. Changes

We may update this Policy. For material changes, we will notify you in the App or by other reasonable means. The updated Policy applies when published. Continued use means you accept it.
